Zhejiang Zhengya Luggage Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise with its own brand, which integrates the production, sales and designing. With the registered capital of 10 million RMB and the investment of 20 million, Zhengya factory covers 11, 440 square meters, equipping with 1080 square meters dormitories with independent balconies, washing rooms, air conditioners and color TVs. Adopting the "dumbbell type" production management pattern, the company integrates advanced resource elements, develops the cutting-edge technology and breaks through the low-end production links to make the two ends of technology and market bigger and stronger. With existing employees of about 200 persons and the main core technical staff of 15 people, the Zhengya company is LED by a Vice President from Taiwan who is in the luggage field for 15 years, and a management team of over 20 people, of which 1/3 are made up by Taiwan senior personnels. The technology and management of the entire enterprise have reached the international level.
Zhengya company owns 3 assembly lines, which all adopt the world′s top equipment, such as top level grinders and pumping board machines from Taiwan, six axis robot cutting & punching machines from Germany, and clean box trimming machines without pollutions and noises. At present, the luggage output of Zhengya company is 1500 PCS per day. All the raw materials(PC, ABS, PP, AL) are eco-friendly recyclable materials, which is a philosophy that Zhengya will lifelong adhere to.
